Two weeks to go until the deadline for ILBF’s law undergraduate essay competition! Deadline is 29th February at 4pm.
We are looking forward to reading your essays in answer to the question: ‘Should the right to protest be unfettered?’. The topic is very timely as the right to protest comes under an even brighter spotlight and with the potential for further legislative activity.
Entering the competition means the opportunity to win a week’s work experience at international law firm McDermott Will & Emery, our competition sponsors, in the summer of 2024. The winning essay will also be published on the ILBF’s website and in leading legal journals.
We are delighted that McDermott Will & Emery are hosting a free online Q and A with their lawyers and trainees on 26th February at 12.30pm – 1.30pm. Join us for an interactive session with McDermott lawyers from their London office, ranging from partners to trainees, who will answer your questions on life at McDermott, work highlights and more!
The online Q and A is a fantastic opportunity, open to all law undergraduates, to hear about life at the firm.
