COP27 is well underway. Experts and politicians from across the world have gathered in Egypt to thrash out where we go next to tackle the climate emergency. It is a daunting task, not least for lawyers who have an important role to play in how the world deals with the challenge of climate change.
It is for this reason that the climate emergency is the topic of this year’s ILBF law undergraduate essay competition. The essay competition offers an exciting prize and the opportunity for all law undergraduates to have their voices heard on an important subject area that affects everyone’s future.
Watch out for the launch of our law undergraduate essay competition on 21 November 2022 by The Rt. Hon. Lord Burnett of Maldon, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales. At the launch we will reveal the essay question and all the details of how to enter.
We are very grateful to Latham & Watkins for sponsoring this year’s law undergraduate essay competition.
