Dorothy Doreen Eneya from Chancellor College at the University of Malawi, acknowledged the safe arrival of 21 boxes of Halsbury’s Laws of England, packed late last year. Mrs Eneya extended her gratitude to the IBLF:

The warm receipt of the books was accompanied by another application, and the IBLF looks forward to contributing further to the University of Malawi’s library in the future.
